Review syndication is only available for Shopify users.
The feature is currently limited to TikTok Shops in the United States of America, with support for additional countries coming soon.
Currently, only AfterShip Reviews, Okendo and Judge.me apps are supported.
Only verified reviews will be synced to TikTok Shop. Verified reviews are the reviews that are left by real customers after placing an order.
Before you get started, ensure you have:
An active Judge.me account subscription. Learn more about Judge.me's pricing plans here.
A Shopify store connected with Judge.me account.
An AfterShip Feed account connected to Judge.me account.
Authorized Product Reviews and Ratings access rights to the AfterShip Feed app, so AfterShip Feed can import external reviews to TikTok Shop.
For customers on Judge.me's Awesome plan, new reviews sync in near real-time (within 10 minutes).
For customers on Judge.me's Free plan, new reviews sync once daily rather than in real-time.
Historical reviews can be synced regardless of plan type.
Go to Settings in your AfterShip Feed admin.
Select Review syndication to configure the review source and sync frequency.
If you have a Judge.me account connected to your AfterShip Feed account.
Judge.me will display below the Active review source. Select it to sync all the newly collected reviews to TikTok Shop automatically based on your selected Judge.me pricing plan. You can also sync your historical reviews manually later.
If you do not have a Judge.me account connected to your Shopify store.
Upon entering the Review syndication configuration window, you’ll need to select the reviews app from where you want to sync reviews.
Select Judge.me and click Connect.
Select Judge.me to sync product reviews from.
Select the checkbox (optional) for Use this app as your review source, if you have multiple review apps connected to your AfterShip Feed account and you want Judge.me to be your only source of reviews.
On the authorization page, click Install app.
Select the right organization if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Feed for which you are establishing this integration. Click Connect.
Again, on the authorization page, select the store you want to install the app for.
Click Submit.
Once Judge.me is connected, it will display below the Active review source. All your newly collected reviews will be synced to TikTok Shop automatically based on your Judge.me's pricing plan. You can also sync your historical reviews manually later.
Toggle on Auto-sync new reviews if you want to automatically sync all new verified reviews from your review source to TikTok Shop.
Manually sync existing reviews from your review source to TikTok Shop by setting the time range and clicking Sync.

Step 1: Connect/select your review source
Go to Settings in your AfterShip Feed admin.

Step 2: Sync reviews to TikTok

1. Can we apply filters when importing reviews to TikTok, such as only importing 4 and 5-star reviews to TikTok Shop?
No, all verified reviews will be synced to TikTok Shop, regardless of their star rating or publish/unpublish status.
2. Why are some verified reviews not syncing to TikTok Shop (TTS)?
